Order Cancellation Policy

At FURNITURE UNLIMITED II, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or modify your order. We aim to make this process as simple and transparent as possible.


Order Cancellation Request

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us via email at:

Please include your order number and request details for faster assistance.


Cancellation After Processing or Shipping

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

However, you may still be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.


Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is successfully processed within the allowed time frame, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be completed after confirmation.


Order Not Yet Delivered

If your order has not yet been delivered and you wish to cancel it:

  • Orders that have not been processed may be canceled for a full refund
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, but may be returned after delivery

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address:

  • If the order has not yet been processed, we can update the address
  • If the order has already been processed, address changes may still be possible depending on the status
  • If the order has been shipped, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you where possible

Please note that we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in transit.
