All orders are processed within 0–2 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment according to our standard delivery schedule.

Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after order processing, depending on your location and the type of furniture ordered. Delivery times may vary for larger items.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on eligible orders within the United States. Any special delivery requirements will be communicated at checkout.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

5. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in their original condition. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. For exchanges, please get in touch with our support team for assistance.
